Over the course of a five-week class culminating in an open house exhibition, the main objective was to create an immersive soundscape experience. Using software such as Audition and Logic, the focus was on capturing the essence of the vibrant exchange within the community along the South Eastern Coast of India. This involved a blend of phone recordings and professional microphone equipment to encapsulate the rich auditory tapestry of the region.o

Additionally, the project began with an initial exploration 0f Yelahanka market, with sketches produced to capture the essence of the bustling marketplace. As part of the immersive experience, an unraveling box was crafted to provide a tangible representation of this exploration.

Moreover, the project extended to the creation of a detailed model showcasing the diverse elements of the coastal area, including houses, boats, and temples. This intricate model was crafted using materials such as fabric, metal wire, glue, and sunboard, combining design, layout, and meticulous attention to detail to evoke the cultural heritage of the locale. Through this comprehensive approach, the project aimed to immerse participants in the sights and sounds of the community, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of its living heritage systems.
